Shipping Policy

Shipping within the Continental USA

Flat rate $15 shipping fee across the continental United States. Shipped via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us at sales@yummypro.com if you need expedited shipping options.

Processing Time: normally 1-2 business days. Processing time may be longer for made-to-order product.

Return Policy

Shop with confidence! Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to print out the receipt or proof of purchase as part of the return packaging. Please arrange your own shipping. To start a return, you may contact us at sales@yummypro.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return are unable to be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@yummypro.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will do our best to correct the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as non-returnable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
